Session #7—The internal shifts that are necessary so I can take my power back (and keep it) and create miraculous changes in my daily living.
Session #8—How to pull it all together so I am living a healthy, balanced life and am approaching food and physical activity the way I have always wanted.
Starting right away, I will receive access to new videos every week for 8 weeks. I will also have access to a private confidential group membership site for Q/A coaching throughout the process. I also understand that I can proceed at my own pace as I can access my training anytime!
